Hi i applied for the broadband in March and it was accepted but the next day Vodafone cancelled the order as there was a problem with porting the phone number. The account is still showing as active on my credit file. I filled a form out and sent it to the credit file team on the 15th of July but have had no reply. What do i need to do to get this account removed from my credit file.
