Adding Extras bby texting 2345

I'm trying to add the 15-day Around the World Extra. When I text 'ROAMEXTRA15' to 2345, I get an error text from 40507 saying 'Sorry, we didn't understand that message. Trying to add extra data? It's important that your text is written exactly the right way - making sure the mobile number is in the international format. There should also be a space between the number and the amount of data you want'.

Should I be putting the number as '442345' and then text 'ROAMEXTRA15' in the message body, or am I missing something completely?

Hey @poppy17 I hope you're doing well and have had a lovely weekend 😊 You'll want to put the short code into the number/ contact section of your message exactly as it appears, so 2345, and then type ROAMEXTRA15 into the message section. If it still doesn't work, you can add the pass on via the My Vodafone app under the 'manage extra's' section.
