Big Value Bundle

Hi all, how do I go about buying a second big value bundle? My Data has run out. I have tried opting in and out to no avail, (my current bundle doesn't renew until the 27th)

Your big value bundle will auto renew on its refresh date.

Until then you could use WiFi or add more data via Vodafone Extras.

Thanks, thats the exact answer I didn't want, I thought/assumed I could just renew a bundle when required (I used to be able to do that) Poor service from Vodaphone. £10 for 2G is a ridiculous charge, unfortunately I work offshore so no way of getting a new sim.

You need to remove the solution by going to the arrow on the top right of the reply and select not the answer, it's not quite the solution to the question you wanted.

You can certainly renew the BVB early but you will lose any remaining allowances for calls and texts.  This can be done by through the Application, calling 2345 or through your online account. See here: Remove Big Value Bundle When this has been done you will be on PAYG 1 and you only need to top up and purchase a new BVB.  Until the new BVB is active, just remember to turn off mobile data, as you will be on PAYG 1 temporarily the last thing you need is for Vodafone to take £1 of your top up money intended for your replacement BVB.  

At least the new BVB will auto renew until your opt out again.

My preference wouldn't be to lose the remaining allowances in my current BVB as I've already paid for them.

Are you able to use Wi-Fi as I suggested.

I also appreciate adding data can be expensive.

You may want to look at any available bigger BVB allowances for data if your exhausting your current data allowance or perhaps look at options via Vodafone Voxi or consider moving to sim only where data allowances can sometimes be more generous.
