Are you just joining Vodafone or are you trying to change from your current Big Value option ? 

If your moving tariff have you opted out of your current one ?

What have Customer Services advised on the phone to you @KONVIKT ?

There maybe some help in the following link that explains how to go about getting a BVB and there’s also a text service too. 

If your still stuck then customer service on 191 or Live Chat should be able to help you.
