Hi everyone. I hope you can help. I have a quick story to tell:
1. I used to have a Vodafone account that was pay monthly. I paid off the phone associated with it so decided to give Three a go.
2. I moved my number (let's call it 012345) to Three.
3. 5G speeds were very impressive but coverage was nowhere near as good so I moved my number back to Vodafone on PAYG+.
Now, I cannot register for a Vodafone account. If I log in using my username or phone number (012345) I log into an account that is Inactive and I cannot do anything. If I try to register the number again, I get an error saying that the number is already registered.
I am completely stuck and cannot access my Vodafone account. Can anyone help?

Not a solution if the OP does not have a Twitter or Facebook account, like a large number of non-social media adherants.
