Hi.
I'm trying to register my number for the my Vodafone app, but it says we didn't recognise that number.
I also cant top up as it throws the same error.
When I ring 191 to speak to someone it wants to send a code, but when I enter my number it also says that is invalid.
Speaking to live chat they want to send a code to my phone but the code never comes through, I can receive phone calls just fine.
Live chat got the number transfer team to look into it and I got an email back from them saying they can see my number ported in ok and it wasn't anything to do with them.
The number has been ported for 2 weeks now.
Any ideas?
