I have had a PAYG Acc. over many years. Today I wanted to access the Vodafone "Add Extras" section but couldn't, message ' We're working hard to fix the issue, try again later". I have been trying over 12 hours today (Sunday), same message.
When I follow this by entering my dashboard I get the message 'Your online account is not setup' although just to test I added £10 this evening and I have logged in multiple times without problem, any ideas what's happening?
BTW, I am in France and have been for nearly 3 weeks, and will be for another 3 or so. I am accessing my Vodafone account online via a computer, too problematical for me to use my phone.

It might be beneficial to either contact Vodafone Customer Services via Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook or X have full account access @comvo
