Signed up for voxi sim and my phone wont make calls says not registered on network

Signed up and registered voxi sim but my mob cant make calls yet .says not registered on network.is it because im porting my old no over on tue 13 th

Hi @Gubbins45 

 

Your number is scheduled to port over to Voxi Tuesday. Until then you  will still be able to use your previous  network  SIM.

 

As soon as you old SIM shows as inactive your number will be ported to Voxi, usually a quick turn off and back on should do the trick to get the SIM active.
