Good evening all,
I have now received 2 of the same text to the alternate phone number that is registered on my account in relation to PAYG/Pay as you go, even when I do not have any kind of PAYG products, and additionally, my alternate phone number is on a different network entirely and is not tied to Vodafone in any way. My own main personal number (that is with Vodafone) is on Pay monthly. I have contacted customer services and was advised that this is simply “a glitch”, but I’m starting to feel concerned that my account is somehow being compromised?
Is anyone else experiencing this?
