Number suspended when I haven’t breached the T&Cs

On the 9th of August, 23:59 I received the following text:

This number will be suspended for breaching Vodafone T&Cs. To review this decision please contact 07789654405

I was in another country at the time, and I really didn’t see this text to be serious or anything, but I recently noticed that SMS or any phone calls cannot be sent to me, so seems it is suspended. The problem is I haven’t breached the terms & conditions.

Additionally, how could I breach the terms and conditions when I don’t even have a mobile data plan with this number, ever, so it’s not like I sent bulk texts. I need people to contact me, especially but my number. Please, how do I fix this?  It would be great to also know why this message was sent if I didn’t breach anything
