I have had this for over 20 years now and only needed to top it up every other year. However now a £10 Top-Up only lasts 24 hours even though only 4 test calls has been made. Anyone else have this problem?
I have tried to get an answer from Vodafone but after an hour online with them I have been unsuccessful. They insist on sending a security text message to the SIM in the auto dialler which I can't access. Then I am being asked which numbers I ring most frequently. Well it doesn't ring 3 numbers as far as I know. I can therefore not pass security.
Having had mobiles with them previously which stopped working at my home and now only having this PAYG SIM card charging £10/day I am going to have to severe all acquaintances with Vodafone. Absolutely useless.
