Has anyone managed to actually try it yet? I can't imagine there's many new and upgrading customers using an older Samsung phone but be interesting to see some comments and speeds from the user that has managed to get it!

My postcode has 5G Ultra, but I have an S23 Ultra and I won't be upgrading for a while.

Well it's still frustrating that I can't get access to it, though Vodafone are quite happy to increase my plan yearly to invest in the network that I can't get the benefit of.

Are you on a new plan @chistery 

One of my 3 lines is on an older plan and isn't eligible (IDK why!)

I finally got 5G Ultra and it's broken my phone.  If I get a call now it tries to drop to 2G and my phone shows disconnected form the network. (I have 2G disabled usually.)

If I disable 5G SA, calls drop to 4G as normal.

Vodafone not very technical support are blaming all my handsets!

I finally got someone from 2nd line to call me back.

They had no interest in helping. The solution - remove 5G Ultra from my account. Didn't sound technical or have any knowledge on VoLTE or VoNR or any technical skills.

He tried to make up various things like how only one Samsung phone supported SA, so as I tried a Pixel 9 Pro XL, Xiaomi and iPhone 15, that's why it didn't work. They really do just blame the customer at any opportunity.
