I bought a new simcard contract from vodafone store they give me simcard at the time but since than yet not working on my iphone

Hi @Hbj2201, there could be a number of reasons that your SIM isn't active yet. Did you process a port in as well as an activation? If so, your SIM will active on the day that your port in occurs. If you've bought a PAYG SIM, you'll need to add credit and make a call to remove the pre-activation bar. Alternative to that, it could be that your order is within the first 24 hours and simply hasn't completed yet. We'd be happy to check this with you.
