Hi
Me and My wife both registered as an Account holder I am the second account holder with full-permission
I was wondering how can we put both of our names on the Bill paper.
I briefly chat with the customer service agent. explained to me only one Account holder's name appears on Bill other wise have to transfer ownership to the other person.
I thought bill paper often used for document proof your address, resident so often allows two people's name on the bill especially if is a married couple. So for us, it's a little bit inconvinience.
Is there any way we can receive our bill paper with both names on it or each paper with a different name? .
Thank you so much.

The name of the Account Holder will only show on the paper bill which I assume is different to other utility bills where two names can be applied @narsilionh95
Transfer-of-ownership would just serve to move the contract to you and then your name solely showing on the bill.

Unlike bank accounts where you can have a joint account, mobile phone contracts have the one owner, this would entitle the account owner to take an additional line with a 15% discount. There is My account controls to manage the additional lines here: My Account Controls Vodafone would be able to split the account with the direct debit coming from a separate account.
If you are on a business account you can assign a number to a user by going to account settings, device names but this won't work on personal account.
Understandably not what you are wanting to achieve it's not possible to have joint owners.
