Business account on device plan, not a business or sole trader....

Hello,

I for some reason had my account for my device and airtime plan created as a business account. However, I'm neither a business or sole trader.

I had my airtime plan moved to a consumer account but my device plan is still under a business account.

Is there any issue with this? Can my device plan also be made to be a consumer account?

Hi @Dieselcar204 👋 Device plans can't unfortunately be moved to another account and do have to stay on the account it was originally setup on. It's strange that your account was setup as a business account in the first place if this wasn't requested, can I ask how your account was setup originally, was it online or in person?
