Calls go direct to voicemail without phone even ringing

Hi , I am unable to receive call on my Vodafone. When someone calls me they don't hear ringing tone and my phone also does not ring at all after a few seconds the caller is directed to leave a voicemail mail and I get a text message to say that I missed a call. 

Outgoing calls and text messaging are working fine . I have tried cancelling all calls diverts by dialing ##002# but this does not resolve the issue , all it does is disable my voicemail. 

Please can anyone help ?

Hi @mahmadsaif. It's disappointing to hear that you're unable to receive phone calls. We understand how concerning this must be. To make sure that we're on the same page, please answer the following: 

• Have you recently transferred your number over to Vodafone?
• Are you unable to receive phone calls from a certain network provider, or is it affecting all phone calls from all network providers? 
• Have you reset your network settings on your device? 
• If you've recently joined Vodafone, have you restarted your phone?
