Cant activate entertainment packs

I have just signed up to a new airtime plan. The new plan has 3 extras. When I go to the entertainment page it is asking me to pay for the entertainment packages. Should I have had a text to active my new entertainment package?

Hi @sausagepickle Thanks for your message. If your plan has 3 Xtra benefits, this usually means you have one of the following included: Data Boosters, Device Care, Unlimited Picture Messages or Inclusive roaming. Your entertainment pack is a separate addition. To check what is included in your plan, I'd recommend heading to the My Vodafone app and tapping 'Airtime Plan'. You'll be able to see exactly what you've got there. 

If Entertainment is included, we'll usually send you a text with a link to a page where you can make your entertainment choice. Just follow the instructions on the page. If you didn't get the text, we can send it to you again free of charge - just text Entertainment to 97613 👍 If you need more help, just let me know. 

All sorted. Chatted with an advisor via 'X' and found out I had renewed the wrong plan. Called 191 and the new incorrect airtime plan was cancelled and a correct new plan with entertainment package started.
