Can not select Spotify as Entertainment Option.

Hello, last month I signed upto vodafone with the promise of Spotify as a free entertainment option. This is stated in the welcome Email I recieved.

I already had a Spotify subscription, so I cancelled it and it now has now came to the day I need to activate my entertainment plan on Vodafone. 

However upon trying to sign up, the Spotify option is no longer free and it is displaying a fee.

I'm not very happy with paying a fee, as part of signing up to Vodafone was the promise of free Spotfiy premium. 

Also the page is very confusing, is it 10.99 or 11.99? Not impressed.

I hope this is a mistake as Spotify is the only reason I stick with Vodafone.
