Just wondering if anybody could help.
- I recently renewed my Vodafone contract (new mobile device so technically new plan). As part of this I decided to continue with the entertainment option thinking it would just carry on. Anyway my youtube premium has cancelled and it seems to be because of changed plan.
So when I now try to reactivate it on the Vodafone service (as its a choice between that and prime and tbh after going to youtube premium you can't go back!) It comes up with "oops technical error" and advises you refresh the page. I've tried refreshing a number of times to no result. Can anybody help or suggest what I need to do?
