Hi,
Just wondering if anybody could help.
So when I now try to reactivate it on the Vodafone service (as its a choice between that and prime and tbh after going to youtube premium you can't go back!) It comes up with "oops technical error" and advises you refresh the page. I've tried refreshing a number of times to no result. Can anybody help or suggest what I need to do?

It might be beneficial to go through customer service or Live Chat or even the Vodafone social media teams as they all have access to accounts to help @Jamespmartin

I have the same problem customer services left me hanging for 2 weeks just to be told today they have issues that end. Made me change my email said they would ring back and never did. So I'm paying for a higher package i don't need for a subscription I'm not getting, better still i had to stand like a statue as I got no signal in the house and these say they are the best network? I think not.
