Hi there,
I upgraded my phone on Friday through Click & Collect (upon the advice of the Store Advisers - since I want to use a VEA discount). I upgraded online and Click & Collect said I could pick it up later that day.
Two days later, I’m still waiting - the store has the phone in stock, but there is no progress on the order.
Web Chat service was unhelpful and didn’t give me any other information than what I can track myself.
This also happened to another upgrade last week (I though I had seen the phone availability incorrectly), so there seems to be an issue with Click and Collect.
Any advice?

When the phone is ready to be collected you will receive an email notification @GSTO93 . There is the credit check to complete and you should hear something later today.
According to the information from the website, when you collect the phone you need to take proof of ID. Although you have probably seen the information provided by Vodafone, this is available here Collect Order from store and here Getting your Order
