Discount code keeps expiring before I can access it.

Hi all. 

I have been trying to upgrade by using  Vodafone advantage discount codes for the last few weeks with no luck. 

I have followed the instructions to get the codes and then whenever I click on the link it displays ‘error:token expired’ and the codes have expired. (as you can see with the picture below) 

I have even sent a photo of my military ID in as proof and tried more than 8times over the last 2 weeks.

I’ve spoken with the team on web-chat who were unable to help and spoken to assistants in the shop who again informed me this was only doable online and advised me to talk to webchat as they can't add the discount  or offer any solutions in store. 

 

Can somebody please offer some rationale to why the codes given have expired? And does anybody know what department I can ask for to resolve this issue? Or equally be able to help?

 

Fed up of being passed on with nobody offering any solutions… you would think Vodafone would make this easy. After 15years of being a Vodafone customer I am strongly considering leaving if It can’t be resolved within the next day or so. The customer experience/assistance has been awful.
