How can I confirm the status of my repair?

Good evening,

I did spoke with assistant about ordering repair for my phone , only for back case. He gave me the number while I am not sure what for while I did screen shoot because probably it is order number, but unfortunately I drop my phone in mean time and my screen stops working . Phone working while I have not access to see what is on the screen and touch screen does not working too.
How can I check if they send me the order ?
Could someone help me with it?

I assume Vodafone are sending you a Returns Bag so you can send the phone in for repair @Hanna4D ?

The ways to check the status of the request is to use Live Chat from another device, call 191 or call 0333 3040191 from another phone or contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
