Lies and broken delivery promises

Can anyone tell me if they have received their phone, I ordered an IPhone 12 19 November for a Christmas present for my Grandaughter sick of being given false delivery dates bn phoning every 3 days and promises you will have it in 3 days now it’s nearly Christmas and phones still not here

I got mine last Thursday 6 weeks late after being told many lies about delivery dates. Disgusting behaviour. If they were just upfront rather than setting false promises and expectations it would make the situation a lot better..

been waiting since 15/11 they don’t care all they do is lie. They won’t cancel the order either.

Sorry to hear you are still waiting for your handset, especially as its a Christmas gift. That must be really frustrating especially considering you ordered way back in November.

I'm awaiting an order for my sons Samsung Fold 3 & a smartwatch, but to be fair to Vodafone it was only ordered on the early hours of the 14th Dec and I was made aware it would be 7-14 days delivery before ordering. My son was happy with that before we placed the order. But I really sympathise with people who ordered weeks ago & still no phone has arrived.

There seems to be mixed messages regarding Vodafone deliveries, on one hand Vodafone are stating on the Store deliveries maybe delayed & yet some customers seems to have no issues with deliveries. As an example my work mate ordered his Samsung Fold 3 3 days before I placed my order (it was him that recommended the deal I ordered) yet he has received his order but I read a few on here (and via many review websites like Trustpilot) some customers ordered weeks ago & still haven't received their Samsung Fold 3 ?? What on earth is that all about??

I have no idea how Vodafone's internal ordering system works but atm deliveries certainly seem to be an issue for some customers. 

I really hope you receive your iPhone 12 asap, same goes for all the poor customers who seem stuck in this delivery delay's loop
