Trading Standards are an independent consumer advisory bureau and don't deal with individual complaints @Liamg32 It's CISAS where you would need to go, there would be information on the website on how to make a complaint.
If you believe you have been miss sold a contract, by coming to the forum you have found the best place to get this fully investigated and solved by the Social Team, the Team are part of Customer Relations and would be able to take the issue to deadlock if needed. The Team can be contacted here: Contact the Social Team
If you are then not satisfied with the outcome and would have made every effort to resolve this firstly with Vodafone, you would have every right to be issued with a deadlock letter and for CISAS to arbitrate on your behalf with Vodafone.

Can you elaborate a little more into what makes you suspect this @Liamg32 please.
What have Vodafone said may I ask ?
You could always speak with the Comminications Omsbudsman too for advice.
I understand it's important that the contract particulars is correct and your happy with the contractual agreement.
