My brother wants to get a Vodafone sim card, but as I'm trying to get him one I run into a problem with setting up his billing address and his address. It says it's required to have at least 3 years of residential history to check with the bank details but we've just recently moved to the UK.

There is set criteria that has to be met before Vodafone can offer a Pay Monthly Contract.

Unfortunately due to your length of time as a resident in the UK they won't be able to offer you this.

Vodafone do have Voxi too Which requires no Credit Checks.
