Hi there,
I'm being made to run from pillar to post, been with Vodafone since 2017 and since last Thursday I haven't been receiving any messages that don't originate on the Vodafone network. My spouses number has the same exact problem too and we both ported to Vodafone in 2017.
A couple of friends have tried sending messages and they've gotten the "not delivered" error.
Not getting any of the 2FA messages, so can't login to work apps either. One of the 2FA providers even let me know that messages were going to Lyca instead of Vodafone from the 15th and that would explain why friends on other operators are seeing errors as well.
Receiving calls as normal though, its only text messages.
Have shared several screen shots with your twitter team.
Done everything from manual roam, to resetting iMessage/FaceTime, to switching off/on the phone.
Have tried reaching out on chat, twitter, porting team, complaint, but all I'm getting is silence. Seems like no one wants to take any ownership.
Can someone please try and help.

Hi @dhruvchopra. It's disappointing to see your comments, concerns and feedback. We completely understand the importance of keeping connected and in touch. This isn't the smooth journey we want you to have, especially after so many years with us.
I've checked with our Social Media team and I can see that this has been addressed via social media and escalated to our Network team for investigation.
