PAYG Sign up problems

I use to be a vodafone PAYG customer 2 years ago and then transferred to BT. Now i want to transfer back onto a basic plan but the system keeps showing an error when i try to submit. I managed to find an agent to speak to who said my details were still showing active on the system. I have tried to get someone to help, but when i share the issue, i get disconnected, especially when i say i only want a Basic SIM only plan??

Yes @PLKent you are wanting to sign up to a Basic pay monthly SIM only plan.

 

Try clearing your cookies, close down the browser and try again, it may just be a cookie preventing you from submitting the order.

 

Try submitting as a new number, when you have the SIM request a PAC from BT and transfer your number over by completing this form: Keep My Number 

I just tried this and when I finally submit it says to check my personal deals as there is an error. I have rechecked and tried twice…
