Hi
I currently have a pay monthly e sim contract with vodafone with a phone plan with vodafone also. I would like to purchase a new phone sim unlocked s24 Ultra (not via vodafone). Will I be able to move my vodafone esim onto the new phone, even though it is not associated with vodafone? Thanks!

Hi, @Vdauser85 , moving esims between phones can sometimes be problematic. I’d suggest popping into a Vodafone store (if there is one nearby), changing your esim to a physical sim. Popping that into your now phone, then if you still want an esim, go back to the Vodafone store and change the sim back to an esim.

Hi @Vdauser85. You certainly can, as long as the new device is unlocked. To switch your eSIM over to a new device, all you need to do is head over to our eSIM web page. Here, simply select 'Move eSIM to another device' and you'll be given the necessary instructions.
