Hi. I've switched to Vodafone last month and bought the z fold 4 with the option to trade in my z fold 2. Instead of shipping the phone I dropped it at the Vodafone store.
It's been nearly one month and I still didn't receive any updates regarding the trade in. I've spoken to 4 customer advisors, contacted Vodafone social media team and they all said the phone should be delivered. Is the Vodafone warehouse on Mars? Why does it take so long? Anyone confronted with the same problem? What should I do next?

Yes @ALEXANDRU9006 , provided the phone passed Vodafone's checks, you should have heard something within the first week. the payment would depend on the option you chose. There is further information on options here: Trade In
It would certainly be worth dropping the Social Team a further message with a link to the thread they will be able to chase this up for you.
