to start at the beginning, try dialing ##002# to cancel all diverts. See here: Call Diverts . Reboot the phone, call voicemail and turn on voicemail by dialing 121 > 1.
It would also be worth checking your signal, calls will go to voicemail when the phone is out of range or there is little to no reception.
On your phone there is a call setting for diverting calls and it may be worth just checking that all calls are not scheduled to go straight to voicemail.
Other than that, Customer Services may need to remove your mailbox and set this back up again.
