So I didn't notice my contract lapsed and Vodafone started charging me £50 a month. I quickly requested, and used, a PAC code (on the 8th May) and moved over to a rolling contract with Lebara. Everything worked fine and the number is usable and is definitely with Lebara.
Unfortunately, Vodafone didn't get this memo (somehow) and have continued charging me the £50 a month. I can still log in to my Vodafone account, which claims this number is still with Vodafone as a pay-monthly plan and when I log in to my Lebara account, it shows the same number!
Phone help-desk has been hilariously unhelpful (long wait times only to be hung up on) as has the online chat.
I've had to cancel my direct debit because I can't afford to keep paying this and Vodafone are obviously in no hurry to fix the problem. How can I go about actually getting this contract cancelled and my over-payments refunded as Vodafone owe me over £100 at this point?
Thanks
The screenshots below show my request for a PAC number and the same number being used for both a Vodafone and a Lebara account (censored number, obviously).
Solved! Go to best answer.

Apparently I can't edit my original post, but I eventually got through to someone very helpful on Vodafone's online chat who resolved my issue. Thank you Deepa!

You probably have been told that the PAC did not work as Lebara uses the Vodafone Network.
In case anyone in Future is trying to use PAC to port a number, they just need to check that the New provider is not piggy backing on the same Network.
