Bought my wife a new phone for Xmas wileyfox (iv previously owned one and had no problems)
She however cannot send or receive text messages. No issues with Internet or calls just text messages the problem.
Any advice appreciated.

You don't mention if your Wife is PAYG or contract. However, for text messaging this won't make any differerence.
The most likely reason will be the text messaging centre number, this should be +447785016005. To enter the correct number, your Wife will need to tap on text messaging, settings and scroll down to SMS centre number, enter and save the correct number.

That's it sorted. She was contract.
Thanks very much for your help something so simple and I just couldn't figure it out.
