studying abroad in ireland and i purchased a vodaphone sim card, phone is not locked i made sure of that and it was originally Chat Extra but i cannot access my account to top it up again. switched to vodaphone x after the first month just so i could have service but now that doesnt even seem to function when im not on wifi. i input my nymber on the website and it https://routerlogin.uno/ either says invalid number or already registered but when i try to password reset it never sends a token out to me, looking for any and all advice as the website chat bot did not help me

I believe you'll need to contact Vodafone ie as the Vodafone Social Media Teams here cannot access Vodafone Ireland Accounts.
