I have a vodafone locked Blackberry Classic. I have requested and recevied the unlock code via Vodafone however it does not work (I have tried it with 2 different SIM cards inserted (ee/3), each time I try the code the number of attempts to enter a valid code reduces.) Can someone help please?

There is some guidance in unlocking-your-phone/how-do-i-use-my-nuc
If that does not help then do speak with Vodafone customer services via Live Chat or 191 or the Social Media Team and they'll check that the code is correct.
There maybe also extra help Vodafone a Google search.
Your right to be cautious with the amount of attempts available as you don't want to hardlock your phone or Vodafone would have to send it away to have it's counter reset.
