NUC 12 days and still nothing

On the 12th of August I filled a form and applied about NUC, the same day received an email which I confirmed and since then nothing happened. No email with NUC code or any other message. It’s ridiculous! How long I must wait yet?!

Hi @geoma - it can take up to 10 working days for your Network Unlock Code (NUC) to be received. If your request was confirmed on 12 August, today (26 August) will be the tenth working day. If you haven't received an email from the team since or by the end of today, please be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
