Samsung s6 unlocking

Hi there,

I am  having the a problem unlocking my Samsung S6

I have received my unlock code but after several attempts i now get the message:

"Sim network pin blocked enter sim network puk"

It seems i need the master code,  could some one get in touch and help me with this please?

You can be helped by the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they can get you the MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code.

But not unfortunately via your post on the forum.
