I have a Samsung GalaxyS7 and have been given a (NUK) as I have left Vodafone. It does not work, I have had no service for a week now. Assurances were given I would be contacted to no avail. Please advise

Some Samsung phone's also need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code @Nimrodenigma as well as a Nuc.
