Proof of usage s21 ultra

Hi is there any one can help I have called many times to Vodafone also did live chat and arranged numerous call back and its been going on for over one month now and I keep filling the form even Vodafone agent done a form on my behalf and I am just helpless to get proof of usage as I need to provide to Nationwide my Insurance company and every time Vodafone team sent me they can not locate my IMEI as I am pay monthly sim only and phone was purchased from Samsung and also not under my name, so I need that proof of purchase however I have sent an email to consumer@help I have clearely mentioned I need proof of usage where my first and last date of simcard used dates so my claim can be processes.

If any one can help will be very much appreciated.

If you've used / using the phone on the network then the phone's imei should be showing on your Vodafone Account.

The Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries should be able to help but can't from your post here as they need account access.

This can only be done via Twitter and Facebook.

The other route is to raise a complaint.
