See here @R-Rcarlos Unlocking and select data devices from the drop down menu.
When you receive the code follow the information below
- Insert your new network SIM card
- Connect the device to your PC or laptop using a USB cable
- Go to My Computer and double-click on the device
- Open an internet browser and type the full gateway code that can be found in the battery compartment of your device
- When prompted enter the code and select OK.
If you have any problems return to the thread and the Social Team will help get the device unlocked.
