Unlocking Iphone XS Max

Hello,

Sorry my English not so good.

I bough a phone from Turkish Customs. But the phone have a simlock from Vodafone UK. How can i open this simlock?

I live in Turkey. And don't know any details about phone.

Unfortunately Vodafone UK won't be able to unlock it for you as a person needs a Vodafone UK account with a sim card that's been used in the iPhone in the UK.

Your options would be to ask the original owner to unlock it Which I appreciate isn't an option due to how you've purchased the iPhone.

Or send it to someone you know in the UK to use a Vodafone sim card in it and they request the unlock after meeting the 30 day usage criteria and send it back to you.

Or have a Highstreet Store that advertises they unlock phone's unlock it for you @Ali0634
