Unlocking Xperia 1 ii Mark 2

Hi guys,

I have an xperia 1 ii, and am going away ij a month. I got an unlock code from vodafone, and when i put another sim in and input the code, it does not work. Says sim unlock unsuccessful.

I dont know what else to do. I tried calling but they are unsure also.

Any one know or had this issue?

If this does not help How-do-I-use-my-nuc then Live Chat  or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries will be able to help.

Please don't try too many times or you could hardlock the phone which means then it'll need sending away by Vodafone to have it's counter reset.

Also try a forum search as you may find a solution that way.
