I cannot chat or ring my child's neo watch. She can ring me. I get alerts to say chats have arrived from my child's phone, however the app says "something went wrong" in the chat window.
What is the solution?

The first thing we'd recommend trying would be to log out of the Smart App and then log back in, along with turning off the Neo Watch and then back on.
You can also make sure your Neo is using the latest 'Firmware' by going into the App, navigating to Settings and checking 'Firmware' in the menu. The app will tell you if your Firmware needs updating 📱
