Previously, i went to the vodaphone shop because my device when i turned data on said 3g the lady told me it wasn't set up right and did something and then it said 4g and data was working. I reset my whole phone and now the data is back to 3g and not working again when i still have lots of data left over , how do i set it up to 4g what the lady did ??

Find "Enable 4G"

Press Settings.

Press Mobile Data.

Press Mobile Data Options.

Press Enable 4G.

To turn off use of 4G, press Off. ..

.To use 4G for both voice calls and mobile data, press Voice & Data. ...

To use 4G for mobile data only, press Data Only.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
