Visual voicemail fail

Please take down this visual voicemail page attached ?. It's been up since July 2019. You can't have something this simple in testing for almost a year. It's misleading. 
You had similar issue with sms over WiFi. Was coming soon for about a year and a half till you took it down. Is it not embarrassing to you as a firm you make promises for quite small updates and then not execute them?
