Received my watch from Vodafone. My One Number account shows that the watch subscription is active. The Watch App says ‘Your Vodafone Uk account is not eligible to enable mobile service. ‘. Any fix for this or do I have to spend hours waiting on a contact centre. How do you ship a product to a customer having confirmed that the product works during the order process for it to then say it’s not eligible even though it has activated the account in One Number? Beggars belief.
