3 months and counting....
my Apple Watch was bought from apple 3 months ago.
After numerous sim swaps, re setting, re pairing my phone and watch will not connect.
the watch my husband has direct from Vodafone connected immediately.
what I don’t understand is how this can not be fixed by anyone in tech support or by Ben on Twitter support. This has clearly been a problem for years.
as soon as my 3 contracts end I will start moving them. 11 years I’ve been with you and your service is still. appalling.
Unfortunately your not alone with this type of issue.
There are some existing threads on the forum that may have some help within them if you want to perform a forum search.
Customer services / Vodafone Social Media Team's should have been able to sort this !

Oh I’ve read them all which makes me even more mad that this issue is still happening. 4 times I’ve been cut off from chat help today. I’m livid. The thing is I think I’ve discovered the issue myself and need them to just action some changes!! 😡
