Arrived from New Zealand and can't change my store until October, can't download app.

Just arrived from New Zealand and can't change my store until October(ongoing annual subscription) so can't download UK app but can't manage account from browser version, any ideas?

Hi @Saltie67. To help and support, could you please provide more information on what you're unable to manage/do on My Vodafone online?

Apple App store won't let me change location from New Zealand to UK until one of my subscriptions finishes in October. SO I can't get the UK Vodafone app from the store. ANy way around this, as the browser version just refers you to the app all the time.

Thanks for confirming that for us @Saltie67 As your network provider, we don't have a way around this unfortunately. We would advise you to reach out to Apple to see if they have a work around as they are the owners of the store and any decisions around location change policies would be down to them to make
