Physical sim - eSIM

Hi

i I have a Vodafone pay as you go plus physical SIM card in another phone.  I want to make that sim an eSIM that I can put on my iPhone 15pro.  I can’t see how to do it.  Is it possible.  It’s asking for a qr code that I don’t have.

Hi @Matthewjames28. With our Pay as you go Plus plans, you can get an eSIM if you're a new or existing customer. Find out how to swap to an eSIM on Pay as you go here.

Hi.  I already have the sim in another phone. So I want to take out out of there and set it up on my iPhone.  Can I do it online.

You certainly can @Matthewjames28. Heading over to the link provided in my last response, you'll be asked the question "Do you want to switch to eSIM within the settings of an existing device, new device or would you rather switch online?" - once you've selected the appropriate option, you'll be advised accordingly.
