i have been told by vodafone that the blacklist on my device has been removed and there is no more blacklist on it nut yet the phone is still seems blacklisted been 48 hours and still cant do anything with the phone what can i do
I'd suggest to use a service such as checkmend to see exactly what it's status is @jackcoook1324
It also may take a short while for the blacklist to lift.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams can check via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting on this @jackcoook1324 - I would now advise following the link provided by @BandOfBrothers to contact us on social media. Make sure to include your mobile/account number and a link back to this forum thread in your DM so that you don't need to repeat yourself.
Ok @jackcoook1324 so if the Checkmend report is saying it's still blacklisted then it's a matter of giving Vodafone the timeframe they've advised, and if it does not lift then persevere with customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Teams.
