I have an iphone SE, I can use email on WiFi, but as soon as I am on 3G/4G, it fails with "Cannot Connect to Server for".
It was working but without anything changing it's stopped.
Any ideas of things to try would be appreciated.
Hi Jack. Everything else is fine. I even have 2 other email accounts on the phone that work, it's just this main email that won't work unless on WiFi.
I was wondering if it was some sort of security/spam setting on my account ?
It sounds like it could be a security issue with your email provider, or within the device itself. I've done a bit of digging and like looks like a fairly common issue with Iphones. Please could you give the fix mentioned here a go and let me know how you get on?
I followed the examples, deleted the account and re-entered all the parameters for that account and now its working.
